• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy
• "Content" refers to all materials, information, and resources provided through our Services

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Program enrollment constitutes acceptance of these terms along with any program-specific terms communicated during the registration process.

3. Service Description

Chatra Wise provides financial education programs designed for individuals aged 40 and above. Our Services include:

• Retirement Planning Foundations course
• Investment Literacy Program
• Estate and Wealth Transfer Workshop
• Related educational materials and resources

All programs are educational in nature. We do not provide personalized financial advice, sell financial products, or manage investments.

4. Program Enrollment and Registration

4.1 Enrollment Process: To enroll in a program, you must complete our registration form and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to verify information and refuse enrollment if information is incomplete or inaccurate.

4.2 Class Size Limits: Our programs maintain small class sizes. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We may close enrollment once capacity is reached.

4.3 Prerequisites: Some programs may have recommended prerequisite knowledge or experience levels. While not mandatory, participants are encouraged to review program descriptions carefully to ensure appropriate fit.

4.4 Program Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will receive full refunds or the option to transfer to a future session.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing: Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change. The price applicable to your enrollment is the price in effect at the time of your registration.

5.2 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during registration. Full payment is required prior to program commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made.

5.3 Receipts: Official receipts will be provided for all payments and are available for tax purposes as applicable under Thai law.

5.4 Late Payment: If payment is not received by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment and release your space to other participants.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Participant Cancellation:

• Cancellation 14 days or more before program start: 90% refund
• Cancellation 7-13 days before program start: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before program start: No refund
• Cancellation after program commencement: No refund

6.2 Transfer to Future Sessions: If you cannot attend a program, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same program, subject to availability and a ฿500 administrative fee. Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the original program start date.

6.3 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions or notify us in advance if unable to attend
• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information shared in class
• Not record sessions without prior written permission
• Not redistribute or share program materials with non-participants
• Use program content for personal educational purposes only
• Not engage in disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content: All course materials, workbooks, presentations, and content provided through our Services are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Chatra Wise. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.

8.2 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without express written permission.

8.3 Participant Materials: Any materials, questions, or contributions you provide during programs may be used by us for educational improvement purposes, though we will not attribute such content to you without permission.

9. Educational Nature and Disclaimers

9.1 Educational Purpose: Our programs provide general financial education. They do not constitute personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

9.2 No Professional Relationship: Participation in our programs does not create a financial advisor-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

9.3 No Guarantees: We make no guarantees about specific financial outcomes or results from applying program content. Financial decisions remain your responsibility.

9.4 Seek Professional Advice: We encourage you to consult qualified professionals for personalized advice regarding your specific financial, legal, or tax situation.

9.5 Information Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, financial regulations and market conditions change. Content is current as of the program date but may require updates for future circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

10.1 Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

10.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or opportunities, even if we have been advised of their possibility.

10.3 We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on program content or for the performance of any investments or financial strategies discussed in educational contexts.

10.4 We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chatra Wise, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of program materials, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Program Delivery and Schedule

12.1 Format: Programs are delivered in-person at our Bangkok location unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to offer online alternatives if circumstances require.

12.2 Schedule Changes: We may adjust session times or dates with reasonable notice to participants. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance when possible.

12.3 Instructor Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute instructors when necessary while maintaining program quality standards.

13. Termination of Participation

We reserve the right to terminate a participant's enrollment without refund if the participant:

• Engages in disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Violates intellectual property restrictions
• Shares confidential information about other participants
• Misrepresents their identity or credentials
• Violates any provision of these Terms

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14.2 Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

14.3 Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chatra Wise regarding use of our Services.

15.2 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15.3 Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email.

Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you should discontinue use of our Services.
